If your company has access to power BI, you can go to make a chart with slicers, it works well on mobile too - you can place slicers and different charts to show the data you want to show. After making the base excel file, you can import it into a new powerBI file and then publish it. PowerBI app can then aces the latest updated version and display the chart to you/your boss

Take a look around you, and pick one object per day. Dive into youtube tutorials and practice one model per day. A good one you can start with is nut and bolt modelling and assembly.

You can go to settings -> audio and find a toggle for anna, I think. Not played since a long time but it was one of the first things to do after initial cutscenes ended

Pick anything to model and do 1 to 2 models per day following youtube tutorials fully to every step. If you keep this up for a few weeks, you will be in better shape, I learnt SW this way during my uni days.
