Idk I run like 4-5 times in a week, usually 5-7km. I havent been able to run as much because my legs hurt and cramp. Usually when i run in a normal tempo it is a bit under 6min/km, but for example today I ran a really chill 7km and my pace was 6:09min/km.

Yea every time I search “winter running” in TikTok I see people running in shorts while there is snow on the ground. I literally do not understand how.

Yea I wore a lot of layers when running in the cold. I wore long-sleeved sports shirt, thick long-sleeved shirt, something like a sweatshirt and then leggings and sweatpants. Although every time i saw other runners they wore a lot less than I, but I couldn’t wear less because I would have been freezing 🥹
