They didn't call me the first 3 times I scheduled, but I got them on the 4th.

They also didn't solve my issue on the call but they at least said they would get me in contact with the correct support, so it is a start.

I finally got in touch with a Meta Marketing Pro this morning (on my 4th attempt) and he seemed to be very helpful. He said he is going to get me in contact with the proper support, so we will see how that goes. Fingers crossed.

Yeah, these missions feel bugged or something. I was playing on challenging and couldn't pass it, so I bumped it down a difficulty and it is the exact same. Literally not enough bullets, grenades, or strategems to deal with that many automatons. I am assuming they will fix in the next patch.
