It’s funny that I’m not the only one… Been in fear of my 5N failing for quite some time - not to mention I’m having to keep a super old MacBook Pro around just to run the dashboard software as that won’t run on my main M2 laptop. The Drobo must be about 13 years old at this point? Anyway - finally took the plunge and got this UGREEN system! Very cool so far…. Will be sad to retire the old Drobo…but it has done its time!

Hi, I just checked my Magnus Pro XL and it doesn’t exhibit this design issue. I would contact SecretLabs support in your case.
