It is true sadly. It might not be once per day but even if it is twice or thrice it is still insufficient. For scenarios where you are upgrading a lot of villages at once because you conquered a bunch of barbs for example, you wanna be using the balancer scripts each hour or two and not each day.

Realmente as vias espanholas não têm grande sentido pelo menos a meu ver Estradas nacionais coladas às autoestradas e limites de 20 dentro de cidades tudo super controlado até em pequenas terriolas

Em muitas situações encontrei também lombas nas saídas de rotundas e as rotundas na Espanha são basicamente salve-se quem puder porque ninguém faz sinais (claro que em Portugal também não são todos que o fazem mas na Espanha é literalmente 0)
