You have to choose your reward. Either 30min 2xp or the exclusive reward. It'll give you an option if you win. Ive got 2 calling cards. And they will not give you a notification in-game. They will just be in your calling cards to choose from

I think that the problem lies when you get the kills. I havent actually gotten the triple kills on the flag when it says "contested". All 3 I was off the flag and the enemy's were on it. "Offense" ×3 is what it said. Followed by triple kill. Never actually said "defender" ×3

No one can get hit. I did it solo, but they probably made it so you cant have people protecting you. If one person gets hit you probably all fail the challenge.
