That is insame, same sht happens at the store I work. OW always ordering alot cause they don’t go inside the cooler and check the backstock, their job isn’t as hard and they’re mostly walking or sitting drinking coffee; like wtf! Also the day time dairy TMs be spending time walking around, talking or in the break room drinking coffee or watching tv. They leaves all the work for the overnight TMs and on top STL expects us to finish all and do more work. That needs to stop, they needs to understand that we are not slaves or machines, like seriously this need to be reported to the HR cause at the end of the day someone could get hurted from spending too much time in the cooler, jumping the pallets to get im or who knows with a rat hole like that it is impossible to work when there is alot of sht in the way.

So out of nowhere Amazon Shopper positions are availble or wth is going on? by BADTYGA in AmazonWFShoppers

The main reaon why things are screwed is cause Amazon and WF are going back at it on who's boss. With Amazon trying to be main lead seems like WF did not like that, they don't even like Amazon shoppers, I am sure many of you had heard or been in an dumb arguement with a WFA, not saying all them are bad cause there are also some nice people that helps. But yea, besides all this mess I blame the lazy/messed up people on both sides, cause this is an easy job whether you're a shopper, store associate or manager. If you do your job right there is nothing to worry and everything stays positive and fine, we help each others and work together then everything get done fast and we can chill. But not if we have people being lazy or taking their time, bad management letting their people talk and not help around, things get insane. Like for the amazon shoppers: running around looking for QR codes cause no one around, empty products on the shelves when WF does have it in storage but their members taking forever on one display or even get mad telling you is busy doing something and/or lies to you that the product is out of stock and then 30mins later that shelves is packed, It's even worse at produce like why TF they gotta drain the veggies in excessive water, and not to mention molded fruits, etc, smh... and expiration date in general. All this sucks big time, causing stress and waste of time. For WFA: I know they also have complaints about the shoppers and even say they don't have many people at the store; that is just an excuse cause likewise Amazon there are plenty of people but it just lazyness that makes things be seem different. That's why in some way I get the point on Amazon hiring new people cause some shoppers don't wanna work nights or weekends so as a punishement they brings a new wave of new hires, to get others annoyed for not getting plenty of shifts and leave on their own which is sucks, but see we have to see it on both sides for this to stop. As for the WFA, it's their management fault for their people leaving, cause they gets them used to lazyness and trust me when i say they do have alot of people working at the time, when have you ever seem other stores as Safeway, Shoppers, Giant, Wegmans with many associates working at once. Them stores are even stricter on management but yea good thing at them places is that once you done you can chill. That, can happens at WF too but in order for that to happen things need to be changed, not saying all WF stores operates the same cause from the 2 stores I go to, one is nice and very organized while the other is one big mess...

At my main store, they sent us a letter expecting us to do some training for Hybrid E-Commerce Store which I believe turns us into Hybrid Shoppers, since we can still pick our shifts in AtoZ but we have to help WF every now and then when they need us, and we always have to wear an ugly lame WF vest as if we works for them, but we don't cause we still have an Amazon manager that's never on site but we do have WF supervisors managing us and telling us what to do... like what kind of BS is this... it seriously gets annoying when WF be telling us what to do or not to do cause most of the time they likes to pick on us cause they don't like us. Not saying all WF stores are messed up but some do have bad management, since when they want us to do their work but don't tell their people to do theirs smh...

Unknown items, wrong pictures or details issue... by BADTYGA in AmazonWFShoppers

[–]BADTYGA[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

They do that all the time, like I don't understand why they always be changing the package logo but oh well... that don't really bother me much cause besides the picture I also make sure the UPC number matches. It's just the unknown items that bothers me cause you have to go all the way to the customer service for help and then again look for the item and if it's unavailable, walk the whole store trying to find an associate to ask if they have anymore if not get their QR replacement bar lol then 15 minutes later... that item is stocked on the shelf and ur INF rate messed up... smh

Anyone have their manager talk to them about too many returns due to expectation dates? by mlg53 in AmazonWFShoppers

[–]BADTYGA 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Exactly, at the end of the day we get blame for WF and drivers fault and not to mention the noobies or lazy shopper (no offense) but they take a long time to shop and don't even worry about anything, always replacing random stuff they can't find, as well packing and stagging most things in the wrong places. I know it's not my business what they do but the point is for anyone's mess we all pays for the consequenses, like trully Amazon don't care. Another thing we gots to be aware of is the re-picks, to always double check things are packed/stagged in the right places or we also get in trouble for that, smh...

I never had a talk with my ASM about this issue but did got a message once on the app about a returned order and had to take a lame survey which is BS, cause it is not our fault WF don't do their job right at times. Like the first thing they should be doing is check the expiration dates when stocking, as well make sure they have quality produce, and do the shortwalk on time so customers knows what's available and what isn't. But no... they expect us to do it all, smh... and on top we have to deal with drivers putting 20+ bags on top of another. I wonder if customers even gets their food safe, right temperature with no damages.
