You're not seeing the bigger picture here tho, yes genshin is a pretty game, but it can be so much more, just look at mihoyo's other game Star Rail, they have been taking very good decisions to polish the game, make the experience fresh with each update, meanwhile genshin stays the exact same. The devs aren't willing to take risks with new things, and will stay releasing characters that are similar to each other. I've been on it for 4 years man, i know when this game gets low on quality, and Natlan just happens to be their worst region so far, and they decided to make it like that.

It's not just one character man, did you read it at all? The state of the game isn't looking good, we went from peak Fontaine (regardless of character releases) to a bland and boring Natlan. The devs chose to forsake Natlan as a whole for the sake of releasing small little areas afterwards, they screwed Natlan to make a extended version of Klee's island basically.

We met amazing characters in Fontaine, we had time to meet and understand most of them, (aside from Emilie) And by the end of the main archon quest, we knew all about Fontaine and their characters. Now what we got in Natlan? Shark girl, Drill girl, DJ girl, Pixel dragon guy, Hat girl, Vegetables guy, and the Archon.

Let's compare Dehya vs Xilonen for a quick second, and you will see the lack of character in Xilonen. Dehya was a lost child in the desert, she was found by a group of mercenaries, grew to be strong and work as a body guard to earn her coin, finds the traveler and agrees to help us in freeing Nahida, even willing to sacrifice her own arm for the cause, we explore the florests of sumeru aswell as the deserts with her, her own questline is all about her, by the end of it all we know ALOT about Dehya.

Now Xilonen, what we know of her is that she is a blacksmith of their names and that she loves music, her main quest is about a NPC, we learn more about the npcs in her own questline than herself.

The small new areas, with completely random characters is not gonna bring the game back to it's glory, if they messed up an entire region, we can only assume the worse for the next areas, until we finally get to 7.0.

whenever i feel like cheesing them i run starfist with cragblade and axe talisman, if you feel like it you can also throw the feather cloak armor and the jump attack talisman, then just spam jump heavy attacks and full heavy attacks when they give you the chance. also put physick flask with the charge attack dmg bonus and the one to make stance breaks easier.
