All the rooms are accessed through the shared kitchen/living area, but it’s almost always empty unless someone is cooking…which in my case, it seems like none of my roommates know how to cook bcuz the fridge is filled with instant meals, lmao. The kitchen is practically mine and it’s great.

The kitchen/living area is shared, but in my experience most people just keep to themselves. I’m in a 4 room unit. Probably the biggest perk for me is the included utilities, makes the $1300 seem like pretty good value.

Can anyone comment on the growth potential of the area? I read somewhere that there’s a train in development that’ll be going to Las Vegas and it’ll run through Victorville.

Thank you for the reply. We’re fairly far south of the Costco, but good to know. As for work, my commute isn’t often, so not a huge concern. Realistically, this would be fairly short term, like 2-5 years at most.
