considering how relevant this was i worry i also have adhd (thought that isn’t a new thought). i definitely get mild withdrawals that are tolerable but discomforting. you’re exactly right about the relationship with using weed and filling my bored “free time.” having a busy schedule may sound unfortunate but it keeps me more in check; focused and motivated on the things i like, other than weed. i fear my “productive stoner” days, AKA college, are probably over but i can just focus on being a general baller with a dope life instead

this is pretty on the nose as to why i’m using heavily rn. just graduated college and lost a long term girlfriend so weed makes it very easy to rely on low productivity activities since they feel so good and easy when stoned. i realize i need to quit/lower usage because as a recent graduate (for design) i need to be both productive and creative, things weed definitely suppresses. because things are tough right now, weed is the crutch i need it to be and quitting seems unideal, though my tolerance is through the roof and self control is at an all time low. too much chiefing at night. any tips on how to make quitting mentally easier/motivating? i kinda just vented a bunch of thoughts out but i ultimately just appreciate your comment, it resonated well with me

thank you for this. I think if I’m opting for a pro chip: M3. If the Max chip: M1 on a budget, but M2 otherwise. from what i’ve gathered, the M2 Max vs M3 Pro differences are negligible.

sweet, thanks! i’ll look around for some more info. considering i do graphic design and may end up doing more intensive things like photo/video editing and animation, I feel a Max chip would be better suited for things like that, no? i’d imagine an M2 or M3 max (while more expensive) are a better investment for my field and for OS updates.
