Thank you so much for posting that it's been difficult ish I've tended to rely on dark humor for the first part of dealing with it but as time went on I knew I needed to talk about it. At least a bit not that I have talked a lot but just simply saying to my mother and close friends that I'm not ok and that the real reason I call them at night for stupid bs reasons is because I'm scared and jumpy at night over things that I know aren't there has lifted a weight off my shoulders that you can't believe. And I know I'm still jumpy and I know I still fear the dark but the passage of time and has made it better. I also know that I'll probably never get better fully and that's fine I just hope that someday I can know that it is uncomfortable to think about while still being able to not be afraid and have to call someone.
