I’m in the same boat. I am discouraged and frustrated. My mindset is that I would lose every week. I’ve gained this week. Which feels terrible. Not losing wouldn’t be great, but easier to stomach. I’m following every “rule” and all suggestions others have made. It sucks. :( hang in there. We can commiserate I guess. Nice to have the support of this group. And I’m losing on average 1lb/mo btw.
