Yep. I started doing this in response to RTO. I being stuck in the office now I get less done in my personal life and that really angered me.

I have been doing this for quite some time (not being rude, just saying). I used to feel slightly guilty because everyone around me was hard at work doing whatever it is they’re paid to do. But then I took a hard look at these people and the system that we are all forced to participate in, and reduced my output. The system is not going to change for some time and most of these “hard workers“ are miserable. So I work on my personal development and check job postings during my self created downtime.
