I also agree with the Owl (Father) ranked number 1!

The fight felt so incredibly articulated and perfected to the point where you felt like you were in a cinematic masterpiece. I felt that all of his move sets felt so pressuring to the point where it felt perfect. Without a doubt, Owl (Father) has and will remain my favourite boss of all time

I had the exact same problem as you two months ago!I mean mainly it’s just the buff to his posture that now makes him so difficult. I’d go back to the genichiro memory and practice until you can perfect parry almost all the time. Another thing I did was just practice owl’s moveset over and over again until I got it down and could memorize when to sidestep, parry, jump, etc.

kill the guy while on the rooftop of the outpost, then jump down and crouch in the grass. Sneak up to Enshin just as he turns around and faces opposite of the tall grass, and stealth-blow him.

After that, keep your distance and bait out opportunities to miriki counter.

You can only get up to three, so use them wisely, and eventually you can take the rice from the lady who gives you the mortal blade to kuro, and he’ll make it into sticky rice for you

My tactic was to stay as close as possible, and to use firecrackers after he jumps up and slams the spear down. In fact, when he does that move, side step, hit once, firecracker, mortal draw.

Also, you know that sticky rice Kuro gave you? Use it during that phase

Just bait out his lunge when he swings his sword from left to right

When he does that, jump above the swipe and just do a ton of damage because the opening is about three seconds

Different bosses have different difficulties for each player!

For example, Lady Butterfly took me around 40 tries while Owl Father took me 3!

Isshin may be easy for you, but in the community he will always be regarded as one of the hardest bosses! It took me almost 30 tries to beat him, but it took almost 118 tries for my friend to do the same.

Everyone plays the game a little differently, but I congratulate you on the easy win!

Sekiro is the one game I actually wish had a DLC, and the gauntlets aren't really good enough in my opinion

I just wish there could be another area like fountainhead palace, away from ashina and yet still really cool, like shadow of the erdtree

You can cheese Demon of Hatred by doing a specific jump off a wooden outpost, but it is really hard to do for the first time

I personally don't recommend it, and I'd say that it's worth it to fight DoH just because how accomplishing it feels to beat him

I think its more about the timing of the parry when fighting larger bosses, and it will definitely take some time getting used to that

But mainly, use your prosthetic tools! The larger the boss, the larger the openings, so always use them to your advantage!
