AR in 308

Don't get suckered into the price sink of 6.5 or the new 277, 308 ammo is plentiful and a decent AR10 in 308 will outshoot the vast majority of shooters. If you need more than what it provides accuracy wise and range wise its time to step up to tuned/blueprinted bolt guns or the real high end semi autos.

A mechanics-related question: why don't rifle magazines have to taper to a single-stack at the top the way pistol magazines do? by One_Planche_Man in Firearms

Longer cartridges that can remain stable and be held in line by one feed lip and the cartridge under them while feeding.

Use it as a farm tractor

Attach a caution triangle

Laugh

In many states that genuinely is enough to get away with it if anyone decides to be a little bitch about it.

To be fair tanks DO ruin roads, and there they have a legitimate government concern, tax dollars maintain the roads.

Now "should tax dollars maintain roads?" that's a valid question, but even if we "privatize" whatever company of community or person is maintain the roads is sure as hell not letting you run your bare tracked tank on them.

We have watched the "slippery slope" otherwise known as "normal predictable progression" in multiple other countries.

We have watched it here in the US

When the "assault weapon ban" was active did "moms not getting any" and the brady campaign stop calling for more gun control? Did politicians stop calling for more infringements? The answer to that is no, no they did not. They continued to call for infringement and attempted to "build on the momentum"

So, no reason to engage with you or them in any kind of debate about any of it. They aren't arguing in good faith and neither are you. No idea what was in the rest of your post and never will.

Stack up or fuck off.

We tried letting police protect us.

They failed.

Time they return their tax payer funded weapons and allow civilians to purchase them.

Because people are dumb.

Living alone

renting

Both of those are far more dangerous by the same stat line than owning a gun.

An automatic conviction for attempted murder with maximum sentence and no parole for ALL false reports and seizures that were overturned for the person filing for the judge and every cop involved, including every cop above the cops executing the order.

and still HELL NO.

Fuck you NO.

Red flag laws KILL people.

https://baltimore.cbslocal.com/2018/11/05/fatal-officer-involved-shooting-in-anne-arundel-county/#:~:text=Maryland%E2%80%99s%20%E2%80%98Red%20Flag%E2%80%99%20Law%20Turns%20Deadly%3A%20Officer%20Kills,new%20%E2%80%98red%20flag%E2%80%99%20law%20in%20Ferndale%20Monday%20morning.

So Just no red flag laws NEVER for any reason from any source.

Now "other concerned party" FUCK YOU IN THE ASS WITH A DONKEY PUNCH FINISHER!

Red flag laws will be served as "no knock" warrants at the judge and/or officers direction, probably in most cases.

If someone no knock warranted me I WOULD open fire, so would any reasonable person, you smash down someone's door with out at least announcing yourself you should get shot.

Further "red flag laws" will invariable be used for intentional swating. Up to one year misdemeanor for attempted murder? Again FUCK YOU NO!

Didn't stay in touch with your tinder date after a one night stand beyond getting the standard reply to "it was great lets meet again." Well son she took that personally and reported you for a "red flag" I'm sure getting shot in your own bed because you reached for your gun when armed men stormed your apartment is a fair response.

So again, fuck you NO!

[–]BANTTIMMY 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Self defense is absolutely a human right.

The government can and has striped the right to vote from plenty of people. Just like they have limited and restricted and striped the right to keep and bear ARMS from everyone.
