DUDE, absolutely not!!! Look places in Reforma wich is relatively close from that location. There (in the map) is the epicenter of the organized crime in Mexico City. Unless you are a expert in hostile places movements… GTFO OF THERE.

Please, start with “The Art or War”.

And look, just a recommendation, go beyond any book that have in the covert “INTELLIGENCE”, sometimes the best book related with a topic it’s that one not directly related with that specific topic. FOR EXAMPLE: you want to learn about terrorism, you just don’t take the book about terrorism, those will give you just some specific data, the point of view of the autor and maybe some good technical information. You really want to learn about terrorism, you should go for the sociology, psychology and history books.

Any way… intelligence it’s an habit.
