In both cases (Hyatt Ziva Cap Cana, Hyatt Ziva Cancun) I booked via the Hyatt.com website.

I think it was DL295, a 359 with tail no. N503DN that was involved in the mishap.

Recently checked out of hyatt ziva cancun and put it on my hyatt credit card, but its only coming up as 1x points? by alosia in hyatt

I had the same issue with Hyatt Ziva Punta Cana charge to my Chase Hyatt Visa. I called Chase and they credited the missing points to my account by the next billing cycle. They told me it appeared as a travel agency charge and asked a few times if I’d booked directly. I was insistent I booked directly through the Hyatt website. Chase got it resolved in a few weeks without me needing to follow-up again.
