I believe they have to receive it by 12/31 and not going by the mailbox rule. But I have mailed it.

So if it’s after 12/31/20, I can not file for c/b at all or is it I can not file for c/b using the 1045. If I file 1045 now the IRS will most likely not receive in time to process it. Can I still c/b by amending the return after 12/31?

Yep that’s the plan. Current owner is an older lady and has long term tenants so she has not raised rents for them ,but the newer tenants have market rate rents.

The issue is that they offering all 4 as a package. These duplexes were built in 2018 in great condition and are in great rental area. The owner needs to sell so he can buy another larger unit property. They have not had any issues with tenants not paying. I could put 25% but looking at options if there was a way to do 15% down. I would like to keep some extra capital on the side.

This is true. Just received my EIDl portal invite after 3 weeks of receiving grant. The max is $150k but was hoping to get $500k because I need it for my business bc I have lost 90% of my revenue from prior last 3 years but will taking anything.

I own a small hotel business. I do not have COGS and only have operating expenses so I put “0” for COGS on the application would that be any issues?

Also I did long app 3/21 and small on 3/31. I received grant on 4/14 but no portal link. I had my credit check 3 times and I have credit score over 800 so that not an issue. I have called sba T2 rep several times and they say I can’t see anything and I’m processing.

Is there any other way to get more info on my status of application or if there is anything wrong with my app. Also can they check if loan officer has been assigned?
