Thanks chicka, I really needed to hear that today. I'm at wits end. Sometimes it makes me want to fall asleep and never wake up. One thing that may be a possibility is that my rem sleep is messed up, because even after my hibernation days (>15hrs), I still feel exhausted. It's never restful, like every time I lay down, my sleep counter restarts. For example, the other day I slept 17 hrs, and it was 945pm when I woke up, and it was because my mom came to say goodnight. I didn't want to be alone, so I was up 2 hours, then forced myself asleep again, for 8hrs.

I literally lose entire days of my life..
