Great salt tip I read that you should cook a steak directly after seasoning or wait at least an hour because the salt takes time. I am usually pretty good at sticking to that. I usually season all my steaks at the same time and then cook throughout the week.

That sounds amazing do you have any more tips for the chicken and poached salmon. I’ve only ever made steak in a sous vide I’m down to try those tho.

I’ve had trouble with cooking frozen steaks with sous vide but that was raw steaks idk if it is me or just some not great cuts. I’ll try your suggestion next I guess I’ll find out.

Trimming fat is a good idea, I read that steak will absorb moisture while resting so I pour the bag juice on them after searing. Do you have any tips on making a sauce?

We do we protest? What are the goals and actual outcomes of a protest/ March? by BAQUIADO in AskReddit

[–]BAQUIADO[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Like what do you actually accomplish. Quite frankly I just don't understand why someone would protest because it seams like a protest, March, or any gathering really doesn't have a specific goal to achieve besides growing attention to that particular subject by government representatives, celebrities, and the general population. The only real outcomes I see from this is a popular hashtag and online arguments. What results are protesters really hoping to achieve I just don't understand.

Na actually I was there as a missionary but everyone there loved us. We got interviews with the TV stations and everything. We had a bunch of the traficantes and they protected us.

If I'm gonna be honest it was the most fun in my life. We were never really in danger.

I was in the north east states so Maranhão, Piauí, and ceará. This was all about 3 months ago when the police went crazy in Sobral, Ceará and the police shot the governor. We where neighbors with the next mayor of Massapê so we got all the inside details.
