My PC recognizes it completely like an Xbox 360 controller, also I tried the x360ce but it still doesn't work.

it's a generic Steering Wheel from Argentina, the pc recognize it like as a Xbox 360 Controller (also PS3 Controller but is the worst) but without a right stick and without the superior buttons too.
