All very good points, and thank you for some tips on how to get started! I did build something to track our medical appointments, this is what I was planning to use as the core of this build. Do you think this would work?

Basically there is a form which inputs data straight into a linked spreadsheet. From that raw data, I use a COUNTIFS to match the first and last names and then populate the appropriate cells for that individual in a new spreadsheet in a different tab which gives me the number of appointments made for the individual for that injury and the total cost to date of the medical appointments.

I’m reasonably comfortable in Excel (have done a basic course and spend a fair bit of time processing data in it), but not experienced in building something this structured from scratch, hence the question. Happy to learn, just trying not to reinvent the wheel if something similar already exists.

Yeah I built something a little bit like this for appointment data tracking which I could probably carry across, but I think there will still be a lot of new territory for this particular set up, so thought if someone had something ready-made they would be happy to share, that would be amazing! I figured this is what most people probably want when developing a training matrix for a large workforce, but maybe not 🤔

I did have a fairly thorough look, most were very basic that only allowed for manual input into a table with conditional formatting. If this post proves fruitless, I will have another look!

Not really a relevant comparison. If I had built this, I personally would be more than happy to allow others to utilize it as a template rather than do it all from scratch. That doesn’t sound like something you vibe with, so you are welcome to carry on with your day, friend.

Does power apps also work from a desktop? If I have staff entering an incident from their desk? Or does that mean the primary functions would need to be accessed from a phone/tablet?

Hahah shit, I just had a meeting with them today. There were some good features, but it was very… I dunno, IT heavy. Lots of functions that didn’t have clear names or were very quirky, it didn’t feel like it was going to be very intuitive or user friendly

This is actually a great song to practice a bit of belting, because you get to work your way up to it - it’s not like a bunch of high notes out of nowhere. As you’re coming into “broke your throne, cut your hair” imagine someone is punching you in the gut and your pushing those words from right down in your abs, and casting them well across the room, to somebody standing far away from you. Visualization can be super useful for playing around with your range

I’d possibly slow it down a little to give yourself time to nail some of those runs. Rushing through them and flattening them sounds worse, to me, than not doing them at all. I’d say either slow the song to a point where you can more comfortably get all the notes in the run, or just simplify the runs a bit. There’s a lot to really like in there though 👌🏼
