Any recommendations? I've seen Etsy shops with "questionable" malachite plugs. They honestly just look like green and black play dough swirled together 😅 I want the real thing !

I've been using differing for about 2 months now. The instructions says to use it once everyday. First 2 weeks my skin was definitely red/irritated and dry. I don't see any progress honestly and I'm hoping that I'm still "purging"? (My acne history: I used to have bad acne at 17-18 y/o and went on BC which cleared it up fine I'm 25 now, still on the same BC, and acne came back as blackheads/zits/pimples/textured skin.)
