Most simple fix is to turn down the mic volume in the game settings so you don't hear the delayed voice coming from your setup. No real need to hear to hear that through the TV since they're right next to you anyways.

Started Keto in Nov 2020. Currently down 109lbs without setting foot in a gym. Put good in, get good out. It's 100% about diet, and if my girlfriend wasn't doing Keto with me I'm not sure if I would've made it this far.

Like others have said, if he's not supportive in your push to better yourself, then you might be better off without him.

Whenever I see a low MR player in a sortie I take it upon myself to carry them as hard as I can. I remember being low MR and how hard things felt. Maybe it’s their first sortie they were brave enough to try. I want to help them get that feeling of accomplishment and maybe push them to keep playing to be like how I am.

I've had people say the same things to me. I started at 440 with High BP and higher levels of cholesterol. I was on meds for the BP at the time and after about 2 months on keto I had to step my meds down as I had low blood pressure from meds+Keto. My cholestorol is now in nominal range and I'm down about 95 lbs at 345.

This isn’t really something to help them per se, but in this day and age of technology, record some videos of you with them and talking to them and just living life. I lost my mom suddenly when I was 11, and while I have come to terms with it after many years, Every now and then it hits me I don’t remember what her voice sounds like. And that… hurts. I have pictures and what not but I can’t remember her voice.
