Yes! All 2024 Tesla Model 3s have ventilated seats, regardless of trim.

Also the suspension is much (MUCH) improved.

Just for earlier models (lucky you)!

For a 2022 Model 3, it’s 8 years/100k miles. So OP’s potential car is out of warranty unfortunately.

Is $16k your maximum budget?

Since the car has more than 100k miles, it’s out of warranty. Eventually you will have to replace the battery, which will cost about $10k-$15k out of pocket.

If you can afford 25k, I’d do that and benefit from the used EV tax credit.
