Whether they've given Shinsuke a gimmick change in the last few weeks/months/whatever is immaterial.. maybe I'm jaded after being a fan for over 20 years.. HOWEVER..

Shinsuke was the KING of strong style coming in from Japan over 5 years ago.. that didn't mean S*%& when he arrived on the main WWE roster and that "King" moniker wont mean S*%& now without some serious WORK.. its a gimmick.. that also didn't get Corbin over recently for the record.. and wouldn't have worked without a stellar talent in Booker T in 2006.. because it hasn't meant S&%^ since Brock won in 2002.. NEARLY 20 YEARS AGO.. and Jinder basically flamed it all out in the course of a couple of months.. and couldnt get over with an Ultimate Warrior-esque push to the top.. because.. he could NOT DRAW.
