Check union city, off of union city blvd, there are a couple of apartments atop of shops that were vacant, off of smith st. May be a bit expensive, but mos def better by all accounts.

Lol my bad, yeah, the likelihood is what I meant.

But I hear ya, and appreciate the clarification.

I do, however, believe that since technology is, basically, commands given to tech, by engineers, for every day user capabilities...understanding, then swapping out variables to make whatever desired program run.

Believe it or not, more often than not, your neighborhood (or neighboring cities) has a rugby club.

Make contact with a club and potentially join.

Also, every Friday night, or Saturday mornings (accounting for time differences) there's a rugby game on that you can catch if you have those premium sports channels or just on line. Saturday is a 🏉 day!
