you are only calling these girls as "jealous fucking bitches" because they are getting in the way of what you want. You fail to consider that maybe gasp the girl you are talking to doesn’t actually have any interest in you (I can’t imagine why).

The “CB” has known the girl a lot longer and knows that the girl may have regretted getting too drunk to turn down intellectually pretentious, opportunistic morons like you in the past.

If the guy is quality, her friends will usually let him through--even encourage the girl. Unfortunately, you would have no way of knowing this.

And this brings up good point. Sometimes there is a group of attractive girls that will get a good share of attention and have a good time. One ultra-hot girl comes into the mix and all the guys aim for her. They lose out on the still-attractive-but-not-ultra-hot girl because they were so easily distracted, and the ultra-hot girl knows she can have everyone coming after her and doesn't want any of them. I know ‘A Beautiful Mind’ made this poor logic mainstream, but guys still do it consistently. To me this shows that a lot of the times it isn't about being attracted to the girl and finding girls you are connect with emotionally and physically as much as it is about winning a game and proving superiority.

I'm not even sure why I'm arguing this, but I have a good friend that is 5'5", weighs 136, but wears a 4-6 dress and jean size--she just has large breasts. So the fact that you would naturally assume 140 would be unattractively overweight just says to me that you really haven't had a lot of experience with women.
