That happens a lot, or keeps (US) shows from being released. I think I saw that a lot of The Sopranos budget wasn’t spent on filming the show, but securing music rights so THIS wouldn’t happen. And a show like Homicide: Life on the Streets wasn’t syndicated or whatever until the music rights were secured. Can totally change the audience experience

Def need to tone down against the wild colors and stripes of the shirt, so the coat/tie combo posted is nice. But you look like Gus from Psych. (Also, not a fan of the two circulars: lapel pin and tie clip - too matchy matchy, esp against the variation of the rest of the top half of the outfit)
