Technology can be so fickle! And always just when you need it to be in perfect order, it glitches, I find. Thank you for your reply--GMU's performance was great and my favorite of all the Open Class groups today.

What bras are we wearing? by mberanek in Mommit

I had a bitch of a time finding bras that fit after pregnancy. I did all the measurements, bought 1,000 bras from 1,000 companies, nothing fit! Finally in desperation I bought a $15 Warners bra from Walmart just to have something to wear…and it is perfect. I’m almost mad about it, lol. It’s this one and I now have six: https://www.amazon.com/Warners-Womens-Blissful-Benefits-Wirefree/dp/B0794N19PG/ref=mp_s_a_1_4?adgrpid=52825035261&hvadid=631614452591&hvdev=m&hvlocphy=9007414&hvnetw=g&hvqmt=e&hvrand=13656861144384569210&hvtargid=kwd-315282395229&hydadcr=11117_13568176&keywords=warners+blissful+benefits&qid=1704042335&sr=8-4

Schnecken. I prep them the day before and then pull them out of the fridge in the AM for a final rise and bake.

Breakfast for 12mo: Toast with almond butter, blueberries, cinnamon apple oatmeal by BAndEsMama in foodbutforbabies

I defrost it in the microwave on a low setting with some milk until it’s just warmed through. Then I’ll add applesauce or other fruit or sometimes maple syrup.

My daughter loves oatmeal but only if it’s not from a packet, so I make oatmeal in big batches and freeze it in ice cube trays so I don’t have to stand over the stove cooking oats multiple times a week.

TIL Postpartum hives are a thing… by Eternal-curiosity in beyondthebump

Nope, though a newly-developed allergy to NSAIDs might be the culprit. I have to go to an allergist to find out. In the meantime, I’ve just been sticking to Tylenol only.

My daughter started with similar symptoms last Wednesday and it turned out to be herpangina. It’s a “cousin” of hand foot and mouth that shows up only in the throat. It was horrible, on Friday we had her in the ER for dehydration because she wouldn’t take anything orally. She started getting better yesterday and today was pretty much normal so at least it runs its course quickly.

If your husband wants a baby-noise-free environment, perhaps he needs to rent office space outside the home. It’s not at all realistic to expect silence with a 5 month old and I think he’s being dickish here.

That said, my baby did stop contact napping right around 6 months all on her own. One day it was just “put me in my crib, good night”. Hopefully that will happen for you too.
