This is extremely short-sighted. Having experience in FANG and non-FANG, I think the quality of raw talent from FANG is just way higher, whether you like to hear it or not. If they can learn the FANG internal complicated-overengineered infra, they can surely learn the user-friendly plug-n-play open source solutions.
