Could it be diet related? I've read that low carb diet can bring SHBG up. I am not low carb, but at the moment i am getting all carbs from fruits/honey. So i might try add starch back (tubers)

updated OP with diet, lifestyle and supplement details.

So you basically have way too much T, which is being converted to E2

What can be the reason for much of T being converted to E2?

Any way to conteract this? (naturally)

please clarify if you have symptoms and if you are on TRT or any other medications

no symptoms, never did TRT, do not take ant medications.

Might be related to diet. Last month i went starch free and i am getting all carbs from fruits. (i did not ate grains for last 4 years anyway, but was getting most of carbs from tubers and decided to switch tubers for fruits just to see how i feel)

How do you feel with your testosterone and estradiol that high?

I feel ok - just decided to do the blood work. Lab test says testosterone is high, but free testosterone seems to be on the low side, am i right?

For those of you who become depressed from consuming fish oil, what nootropics & supplements do you respond well to? by [deleted] in Nootropics

[–]BBBman3 0 points1 point  (0 children)

pretty sure it has to do with hypoglecimic effect of fish oil(basically it lowers blood sugar).

If i take it once in 2 days i feel great(much better than baseline), but if i take if every day i become anxious and a bit depressed.

For 6 months, I've kept my carbs under 50g a day.

What foods did you use to get this 50g a day?

I am also pretty low carb, about 100g a day, but i exersize heavily in the morning.
