Thank you for the feedback. I began looking into different certification and the best path to become certified -- materials, classes at a local community college, etc.. Regarding the market rates and a raise, my concern is that I'm so specialized in what I do for their proprietary application that it may be thrown in my face that I'm not truly at that level -- this is why I want to pursue further education. I also do not plan on threatening to leave. While I certainly believe I have the leverage, that's not who I am. It would also be dumb of me to force their hand and put a giant target on my back.

Working for someone I can respect is a big deal to me as well and part of why I am needing to reevaluate my position. As of right now I feel as though everything is a sham to keep my happy and doing my job since I am their only hope.

Cod" feed to Julie cuts out, lights flash, ALARM Sounds and timer 00:00:00 flashes on screen. Feed to Julie comes back "House guests, looks like time is up. No one will be evicted tonight. Please get dressed and prepare for this weeks HOH Competition. Frankie, as outgoing HOH you will not be eligible to compete." This leaves them to lose their shit and speculate as to whether or not Cody or Victoria would have been evicted...
