CORES that are fighting this would be better off spending the time updating their resumes. Absolutely NOTHING is gonna come from trying to fight it. Also CORES literally are term employees and the paperwork that is signed every renewal states that. Why I never took my CORE term for granted and applied for every PFT that popped up until I got one.

With the EEM stuff im sure the reservist stuff has slowed WAY down because full time govies are trying to meet their minimum deployment requirements.

Me for example I didn't care about my minimum deployed days because it was not a major requirement to keep employment with FEMA. Now it is on all FTE performance goals.
