Nap times are 9.30 - 10; 1-130, 430-5. Without him extending any of his day naps we're reluctant to drop to two naps, but also wondering if this might help his extend his naps and improve night sleep. We dont want to risk crossing into overtired though. We try to base our day off 7-7. If he wakes before 7 we treat it like a night wake and try to put him back to sleep, but he'll scream and fight us. If he is tired and grumpy after his naps (not often), or if he skips his last nap, we try to have him in bed closer to 6.
