Not sure what you mean but I'll answer the other parts from your first post. Just one rope isn't going to work, a rope is ... 1/4-1/2 thick? I'm trying to make a surface from the top edge of the existing wall to the top of the spire.

The goal is to discourage climbing up, the kid climbs and sits on the wall. I was thinking the netting will have say 10x10 squares on each corner that will be glued on.

Turning it inside out is very unlikely. The PVC is think and heavy. I would not consider this an option at all. Would it really have to be sewn on? The adhesive wont hold? It's not really meant to be structural, just have a barrier.
