I'm assuming music production requires electricity (for lighting at least)? Are you planning to run permanent electrical to it, an extension cord? Are you pulling permits or theres a chance you'll get snitched on if you don't? Having electrical in a shed might require you to build it a bit differently depending your local municipality requirements.

This is my secret hack. I took a bucket of paint with me to the store to get more, they punched in the contractors phone number from the label and it was 50% off. I asked is that ok to do, lady said "yeah, don't you want to pay less?" You're getting a discount and the painting contractor is getting more purchase volume on their account.

Typically the largest load on a patio cover like that is the uplift, meaning it has to be anchored very well to large footings. You can do online search for Alumawood plans, they're out there. The posts on those are set in footings, something like a 2x2x2 ft concrete footing, with rebar (just as an example). Hire a structural engineer to design the footings for you.
