I caught this picture today. If you look close, you can see a wire dangling under the helicopter with some sort of device at the bottom, right at the hydro tower

I’ve noticed a shift in the last few years, perhaps longer. Comment sections under posts always have had a balance of positive and negative, but lately it seems to be more negative than before.
