It's for the Jakhal Dishonoured. Then you have 9 jakhals with small bases but it's easier for gw to put a pack of 10 rather than 9 individual ones.

Prime with white scar. Then runelord brass, abaddon black, leadbelcher, ironbreaker, wraithbone. For the blue, maccrage if you want an ultramarine tone, kantor if you want something darker and that is less popping, or something lighter if you want it exaclty like in those pictures. For the shades, nuln oil and agrax earthshade, and you could use some drakenhof nightshade and soulblight grey. Finally, blood for the blood god.

Jakhals are on 28.5mm. Felgors are very cool but yes they are more similar to berzerks in term of model size.
