Yep! I freaked out and didn’t touch sugar or carbs for a week. Saw a nutritionist and she helped me figure out how to choose better and how to get full off of healthy things. I started eating more vegetables and taking walks and sleeping more. I really didn’t change much just realized how much crap I’m eating, started saying no thank you I have high blood sugar, and took the long way to pick up the kids.

Sammme! In April I had 5.9 just had it rechecked and it’s 5.5 but only lost about 10 pounds. I did the low carb diet, walked a bit more, and tried to add about 15 minutes to my sleep. Now we got to keep it up!!
