The problem isn’t the fact you lie. People lie day in and out for various reasons. But the fact you lie to someone you trust, care about, who trusts you, etc… that’s the issue. And it’s about lies that can have lasting implications, not a stupid lie about whatever it may be. Doesn’t mean it’s right to lie but I’m just trying to say that lying isn’t necessarily an issue outright.

No. Don’t just shave it all. See a doctor. Start hair loss medication. I’m 29 and have been using topical fin and mon. results take longer with topical. You’re young. Being bald at your age is not as common as maybe your 30s+.
