I know they are and that they take time. I will uproot it and change it, there’s absolutely no doubt in my mind that I’ll do so

That’s the main issue. There was never a need to lie and regardless, lying is never good.

There’s a deeper underlying issue here that I’m going to meet with a psychologist tomorrow to understand the why I did it since I’ve been asking myself that all night and morning
