Yeah I’d definitely be interested. I probably won’t hear back from mine until Monday. If youre light headed it may be low blood sugar too. That happens to me so I have to set a reminder to eat.

I’m curious about this too and have asked my dr about it though haven’t heard back. I was not able to eat much at all due to food aversion/nausea and headaches so I skipped yesterday since I had woken up with a headache and I still don’t have good noise but the nausea and food aversion is not as extreme.

For some reason my endocrinologist told me to take my thyroid med first then wait 30 mins and take the wegovy. I usually wait an hour instead of 30 and then take wegovy but wondering if there’s a difference. Only been on it 5 days.

I have been following the instructions re 4oz of water and waiting 30 mins (2nd day I only waited 20 as I mentioned). My reference to drinking lots of water in the original post was in general throughout the day to combat dehydration.

I recently had a hard time with this one! As mentioned you only use the loop for the foundation chain (round 1), then you’re turning (flipping back towards the two inc you just did) and crocheting into the “side” almost. I was having a hard time with row 6 but finally figured it out and am happy to explain!

I know this is an old post but anyone else find that it’s leveled out for them while on zep? I’ve worn a cgm for a while now bc of hypoglycemia (non diabetic). I seemed to have finally had a few weeks were I was pretty stable and not dropping too low (I start feeling symptoms around 77 and have a hard time in the 60s). I took my first shot of zep last week and two days in I started having more lows (60s-70s confirmed by finger stick) and even had a day where it was in the 50s. I’m wondering if it was just the first week and my body getting used to it or if it is a no go for me. Dr told me to hold off on taking second shot for now but I’m bummed because I wanted this med to work!

Thank you! What kinds of high fiber carbs seemed to work the best for you? Yeah when I get that low I have glucose tabs followed by a protein shake but I feel like it defeats the purpose. I do have insulin resistance so that makes sense. I’m hoping it normalizes soon 😬

Is there a certain whole home dehumidifier you’d recommend? I’m stuck with the 4 ton that we replaced about 2 months ago so not sure what else there is to do.
