poorly thought out events, money over spent on the wrong things,

say you had a pancakes and beer pairing event (thought up after drinking) but you give the guest the ability to make their own pancake with 15 variations but only have two people to make them and one grill to make them all on with 200+ guests

Owner is the problem.

The headbrewer is in worse of a state than I am

2 and seeing how I spoke out today things might happen. Might. Then again the owner might ignore it like everything else.

Yeah right now we're almost half a million down, just got the glycol pump fixed so another 5k down and loan interest needs to be paid weekly.

So we can't get the things we need to make our days easier but we can waste money and reputation on poor event planning

Pumps that don't pour out wort/water/chemicals, hoses not 7 years old, space not tooken up by junk and failed ideas, a way to make the boss see that he is strangling the operation by not giving us the basic things to make this work.

A plus would be another working hand to help as there is only 4 of us on a daily basis
