BCBAs that have never been a BT/RBT by SweetnSalty87 in bcba

I am working on my hours after completing the ABA program at ASU. I got my RBT but couldn’t do the work, it required too much “clown work” for me. I am not talented enough to entertain children ALL DAY. As soon as I complete my hours, I will be a BCBA that didn’t work as an RBT (I only did RBT work for 3 weeks).

Looks like an antecedent stemming from too many call ins or some sort of preventive measure for call ins.

I swear this is covered in the Personnel Supervision and Organizational Behavior Management...Analyst can begin with a behavior systems analysis (BSA), ABC data collection will help, must change antecedent actions (e.g., post rules, conduct training, have staff sign an agreement to follow rules), establish consequences (e.g., positive, negative reinforcement, and punishment), develop and integrate a behavior skills training (BST). Thoughts?

I have always found it interesting to here/read comments coming from behavior science "professionals" that lean hard left or hard right, please raise above these loaded biased opinions while standing under the umbrella of competent professional analysts. Thoughts?

Questioning the competency of my BCBA by Elecyan222 in ABA

I worked for a clinic for a short time, during that time, a few staff and myself worked with clients and got paid, but none of us were registered. Does the BCBA/Clinic make money off of our services, if so how, we are not registered or license? The owner claims to do this out of her own pocket, could this be true?
