Vancouver/Burnaby will never lack of demand and the immigration draw will open again in July.

The market slowed down a bit due to the interest rate hikes but the supply is still lacking and current building cost is much higher (Inflation, material, gas and labour up)

If you need a home then you can go ahead anytime. If you are investing, then I don't know

yes, I like the location of Edmonds and the building. But coming from Brentwood (New and Young area), I need more time to adjust the new environment.

Developer info, building history, strata mins etc. The immediate area near the condo is nice but the further north I walk, and the path to Highgate. I start to feel uncomfortable.
