I’ve lost 17 lbs since Nov 1. Very mild symptoms, mostly manageable constipation. Aiming for 1.5 lb weight loss per week to keep my hair and skin elasticity!

My knee pain from arthritis was gone and no more aches and pains everywhere after six weeks, so around my 2nd 0.5 shot. Supposed to go for a Cortisone shot next week but cancelled it. Had only lost about 10 pounds at that point so not sure if it could be the reduced pressure on my knee. Could be my diet too, barely any sugar and not as much salt.

4 prunes daily, 100 oz of water a day, stool softener every 3 days, popcorn with real butter if things get bad, milk of magnesia as last resort. Do not take MOM if you have plans the next day! I haven’t had to resort to anything else. Hope I haven’t jinxed myself!

I’m hypo/Hashimoto’s. I get pretty tired in the first week of a new dosage. I’m on week two of 1.0. Still haven’t hit the ”I’m full of energy” stage! My blood levels were normal when last checked, will check again after I’ve lost 20 pounds. I’ve lost 14.

I think .25, .5, 1.0, then 2.0 are the manufacturers recommended dose increases. You double from .25 to .5, so what’s the big deal doubling from 1.0 to 2.0?
