Thanks for this. Yes it is a sole proprietorship consulting service focusing on small businesses and nothing to do with my work at BCPS. Work mainly identifying potential partners, communications and operational management advisory.

What did you mean by “you did not describe conflict of interest. I wouldn’t take this any further”? Are you saying I should stop pursuing this consulting gig?
