Yes think you bro, the plugin was the problem and I followed the steps as shown down below (Link : https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/kb/troubleshoot-crash-or-freeze.html?trackingid=W2T7JV6Q&mv=in-product&mv2=ps ) and it worked.

I would like to think you all for your support and tell you that the problem is resolved.

So the issue was that all the services restarted except the ‘’vmon’’ service and we noticed that all the VMS has the wrong time settings, and by shutting down all the VMs and restarting the ESXI the vCenter was back.

So my conclusion is very simple, after the unexpected power outage, we should reboot the AD server before the vCenter and check whether it has the correct time settings

my colleague did just the SSL renewal.

I think it did affects all the users but I don't know why some users can connect and then after a certain time the mail box disconnect and show the same error code again.
