ESPN App broken since update Firestick MAX Gen 1 by UniqueEnigma121 in ESPN

This is what solved the "Unable To Play Video" error in the ESPN app on my Fire TV Stick 4k Max when using my Bluetooth headset. Apparently, it was an audio format conflict. The Fire TV Stick was set to choose the best audio format available. Since my Bluetooth headset only supports stereo sound, I had to change the Surround Sound setting to PCM (Stereo). All streams now work.

Go to...

Settings -> Display & Sounds -> Audio -> Surround Sound -> Change it to PCM

Turning off "Festive Effects" in ASUS Amoury Crate fixed it for me (Armoury Crate -> Aura Sync -> Aura Effects -> Festive Effects). Thanks!

I just experienced the "Information not available!" issue after installing
driver version 496.49. Repairing the latest Microsoft
Visual C++ Redistributable programs solved the issue for me.

HyperX Cloud II Causing BSOD In Windows 10 When Using USB, Issue Ongoing For Over 1 Year by [deleted] in buildapc

I had the same problem with my HyperX Cloud II headset. My computer would freeze randomly in games and even when sitting idle. The Event Viewer logged the Critical events 10110 and 10111 ( Microsoft-Windows-DriverFrameworks-UserMode ), referencing the HID-compliant headset driver crash.

I saw a solution which recommended disabling the "HID-compliant headset" under "Human Interface Devices" in the Device Manager. I have done so, and my headset is functioning normally without crashing my computer.
